Smoked ham, pulled local chicken, tomatoes, baby spinach, Thornloe Swiss cheese and dijonnaise stacked on toasted marble rye bread. $11

 

OPEN-FACED SMOKED ATLANTIC SALMON

Thinly sliced smoked salmon,  onions and cucumbers on a toasted sesame bagel with dill cream cheese and garnished with capers.  $11

An egg white omelette with ham, onions, peppers and goat cheese, served with toast or sliced garden tomatoes.  $9

Rainbow trout fillet from Manitoulin Island on an oven baked pannini with roasted red peppers, red onions, baby spinach, capers and mayonnaise.

 

CURRIED LENTIL BURGER

An oven baked lentil burger infused with curry and topped with tomatoes, sliced cucumbers and garlic aioli on a Kaiser bun.  $9

A traditional homemade local grass-fed beef burger with the works (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup, relish and mustard)  $9
